Does cleaning fix a loose connector?

Removing lint does not fasten or replace a damaged connection. Describe what you can see without moving the dryer; the technician needs to assess the connection and explain any separate work. A photograph cannot confirm the condition of the concealed duct.

What if the connector cannot be reached?

Tell Cindy about a stacked dryer, tight closet, or built-in cabinet before the visit. Access affects what can be inspected and cleaned. Do not disconnect a gas dryer or force an appliance out for photographs. Roof work is outside our service scope.
