Before a Bedford dryer vent cleaning visit
The laundry-room layout helps us understand where the dryer exhaust can be reached. When you call, describe where the appliance sits, whether it is stacked or enclosed, and whether you know where the duct exits the home. A remodel or dryer replacement can change the connection details, so mention either one.
What should I tell the office if drying time has changed?
Tell us whether longer cycles affect every load, when you first noticed the change, and whether the dryer shows an error. Several conditions can affect drying time; vent cleaning does not diagnose appliance faults. Our visit addresses the accessible dryer exhaust path. Appliance cabinet service and roof work are not included.
